Law firms tend to add to the sustainability agenda, but do their clients know this or care? We want to explore the extent to which sustainability is a matter of interest for clients in choosing the law firms they engage and in the requirements they make of their firms. This project, is the first of its kind and funded by the Legal Sustainability Alliance.
There are three phases. This first phase is directed at those in private practice (a later phase will gather data from those in-house) and consists of an online survey, which you can access here and which we would very much encourage you to complete.
All data is anonymous, confidential and securely held. Only the academic researchers have access to the data. They will publish overall findings from the research and will do so in a way that does not enable individuals or the organisations that they work for to be identified.
This research is being undertaken by Professor Robert Lee and Dr Steven Vaughan of the University of Birmingham’s Centre for Professional Legal Education and Research, working with Begonia Filgueira. If you have any queries, please drop Begonia a line: begonia@eric-group.co.uk
